Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our data science team. You will be responsible for designing developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms that power intelligent systems. This role requires a deep understanding of statistical modeling data engineering and software development best practices.
Key Responsibilities:-
Design and implement scalable machine learning models and pipelines for real-world applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers product managers and software developers.

Conduct exploratory data analysis feature engineering and model selection.

Evaluate models using appropriate metrics and validate performance with A/B testing.

Deploy ML models into production using cloud platforms such as AWS GCP or Azure.

Continuously monitor model performance and retrain as needed.

Document methodologies experiments and project outcomes.

Mentor junior ML engineers and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.

Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) R or Java.

Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised unsupervised reinforcement learning).

Experience with ML frameworks like Scikit-learn TensorFlow PyTorch XGBoost or LightGBM.

Proficiency in data processing using Pandas NumPy and SQL.

Familiarity with cloud services (AWS Sagemaker GCP Vertex AI Azure ML).

Experience in deploying models using REST APIs Docker or CI/CD pipelines.

Strong problem-solving critical thinking and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Experience with deep learning for computer vision or NLP.

Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g. Spark Hadoop).

Background in statistics optimization or operations research.

Contribution to open-source ML projects or published research papers.
