Job Description
We are hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for one of our clients in Fulton MO.
Job Description:
- Provide basic nursing care and support (VS hygiene ambulation transfers)
- Documentation of patient location status activities
- Escort patients as needed within and occasionally outside the hospital
- Assist in keeping patient common areas clean
- Contributes to patient/staff safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations
- Initiates corrective action as appropriate
- Contributes to continuity of care by effectively communicating changes in patients conditions
- Complies with FSH infection prevention and control policies and procedures
- Demonstrates procedural competencies for assigned tasks
- Complies with all FSH/DMH policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned.
Work hours:
- CNAs will be scheduled to work four 12-hour shifts per week either day shift (6:45 am 7:15 pm) or night shift (6:45 pm 7:15 am).
- This may include weekend and holiday coverage.
