Customer Renewals Specialist Global Technology Leader (Hybrid Heredia Costa Rica)
We are looking for a Customer Renewals Specialist to support our client a global technology leader in the data security and management space. The specialist will manage customer renewals for subscription-based products and services across a global client base.
This is a 6 month contract (extension or conversion to FTE possible 40-hour-per-week role. Must work 2 days per week onsite at the clients office in Heredia.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end renewals process for a portfolio of existing customers.
- Partner closely with Sales Customer Success and Channel teams to ensure on-time and accurate renewals.
- Engage with customers via phone and email to confirm renewal intent address questions and help resolve any issues.
- Generate and deliver timely renewal quotes and follow up to ensure closure.
- Maintain detailed and accurate renewal tracking in CRM and internal tools.
- Identify potential risks to renewal and proactively escalate issues or coordinate resolution.
- Provide reporting and insights on renewal rates trends and pipeline.
- Support the implementation of automation and process improvements for renewal operations.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in customer renewals customer success roles in global B2B technology company.
- Experience working with CRM and quoting tools (e.g. Salesforce CPQ).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple accounts meet deadlines and follow through on customer commitments.
- Bachelors degree required in Business Marketing Finance or a related field.
