Job Summary:
The Change Management Specialist will be responsible for supporting information system projects with a focus on stakeholder analysis organizational readiness assessments and end-user training. Experience in healthcare environments and with clinical information systems is essential.
Location: Winnipeg Manitoba Canada
Responsibilities:
- Performing stakeholder analysis.
- Conducting organizational readiness assessments.
- Developing and delivering end-user training.
- Designing clinical workflows.
- Integrating software with other clinical systems.
- Supporting or implementing pharmacy systems.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.
- Valid ProSci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification.
- 10 years of experience as a project resource delivering information system projects.
- 7 years of experience as a change management specialist performing stakeholder analysis and organizational readiness assessments.
- 2 years of experience implementing clinical information systems to accommodate long-term or homecare patient registration.
- 3 years of experience developing and delivering end-user training.
- 2 years of experience implementing the Procura suite of products in a long-term care environment.
- 2 years of experience supporting or implementing pharmacy systems in a clinical setting.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience working within a healthcare environment.
