Compensation: 3700 BGN/month 1000 BGN sign-on bonus Relocation support
Support Czech-speaking customers via phone email and chat
Assist with product questions troubleshooting and order inquiries
Resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency
Collaborate with internal departments for seamless customer care
Maintain accurate records of communication and resolutions
Fluency in Czech (C1) and strong English skills (B2)
Excellent communication and a solution-oriented mindset
Familiarity with MS Office and email systems
Customer support experience is a plus but not required
Team player with a proactive can-do attitude
Salary: 3700 BGN/month
Sign-on Bonus: 1000 BGN
