Position: Major Incident Management
Location: San Francisco / Sunnyvale / Dallas / Seattle

Required Skills:
- Should have good Communication skills
- Should hail from Technical background preferably a Techie converted to MiM
- Should have at least 10 years of experience.
- A min of 3-5 years of Exp in MiM working with Major clients.
- Willing to take ownership on his own and lead the team (Other MiM Team) in US time zones and be the POC of MiM.
- Good in Setting up Processes and Norms for the team if required.
- A self-driven resource.
- Comfortable in Word Excel and PPT.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance operational systems to facilitate improved management reporting streamline information flow optimize business processes and support organizational planning.
- Understand client requirements and accountable in ensuring support team is meeting client expectations.
- To lead and mentor the project team and ensure transparent communication of project goals.
- Brining new ideas and innovation for process development and overall organizational progress.
- To provide solutions commensurate with the customers needs within the ambit of the given environment so as to lead to business results.
