Work Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Job Type: Contract (12 months)
Rate: $70-75/hr on W2
Notes:
- Local candidates only must be able to attend in-person interviews and work onsite 3 days/week
- Device debugging via USB requires physical presence
- Must have Swift 6 Swift UI UIKit and iOS concurrency knowledge

Job Description:
Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is seeking a senior iOS Developer to work on its flagship E*TRADE and Brokerage mobile applications. The role involves hands-on iOS development using the latest Apple technologies while supporting a highly dynamic and collaborative technical environment within a major financial institution.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance features across E*TRADE and Brokerage apps
- Maintain build scripts and keep codebase current with iOS and Xcode updates
- Handle certificates and signing processes including provisioning pinning and push notification setup
- Analyze crash reports monitor app feedback and address production issues
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to resolve development process blockers
- Guide junior developers and review code for architectural integrity
Required Skills:
- Expert in Swift 6 Swift UI UIKit
- Strong knowledge of iOS APIs especially Local Authentication WebKit Networking
- Deep understanding of Swift Concurrency crash analysis and debugging techniques
- Proficient in Xcode and xcodebuild usage
- Prior experience in code review and team mentorship
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience developing and consuming APIs
- Exposure to Android development
- Strong focus on user experience and app performance
- Familiarity with mobile security best practices
