Job Description

We are seeking an experienced GIGYA Consultant to lead and support the implementation customization and optimization of SAP Customer Data Cloud (GIGYA) solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) and proven expertise in integrating GIGYA into complex digital environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design development and deployment of GIGYA (SAP Customer Data Cloud) implementations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Customize GIGYA features such as registration login social login SSO and consent management.
  • Configure GIGYA screensets flows and webhooks based on project needs.
  • Integrate GIGYA with front-end applications (web/mobile) and backend systems (CRM CMS etc.).
  • Implement security and compliance best practices (e.g. GDPR CCPA).
  • Work closely with front-end and backend developers to ensure seamless integration.
  • Provide technical support documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
  • Monitor performance troubleshoot issues and perform regular system audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience in CIAM solutions with at least 2 years focused on GIGYA/SAP Customer Data Cloud.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript HTML/CSS and RESTful APIs.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle user provisioning authentication flows and data privacy.
  • Experience integrating GIGYA with enterprise systems (e.g. SAP Commerce Cloud Salesforce Adobe Experience Cloud).
  • Familiarity with OAuth OpenID Connect SAML and other identity protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with GIGYA tools like IdentitySync Webhooks and Screensets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP Certified Development Associate SAP Customer Data Cloud certification.
  • Experience in industries with complex regulatory requirements (e.g. healthcare finance).
  • Experience with multi-brand or multi-region identity deployments.
