Job Description
Role:- Interoperability & Data Specialist (EPIC Experience Preferred)
Location: Onsite (PA Preferred)
Experience: 7 10 years
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Design implement and support interoperability solutions across healthcare systems.
Work with HL7 FHIR CCD/CCDA and other healthcare data exchange standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and flow.
Analyze and interpret healthcare data to support clinical and operational decision-making.
Assist in EPIC data extraction mapping and integration efforts.
Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and interoperability issues.
Document technical workflows data mappings and integration specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
7 10 years of experience in healthcare data and interoperability.
Strong understanding of HL7 FHIR CCD/CCDA and EDI standards.
Experience working with EPIC (e.g. Clarity Caboodle Bridges or APIs).
Proficiency in SQL and data transformation tools (e.g. SSIS ADF Databricks).
Familiarity with healthcare terminologies (ICD CPT LOINC SNOMED).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP).
Knowledge of data governance and privacy regulations (HIPAA HITECH).
Exposure to population health care management or clinical quality reporting.
