Job Title: Regional Manufacturing Engineer

As a Regional Manufacturing Engineer you will play a key role in implementing engineering best practices driving operational improvements managing projects and supporting innovation across seven production sites. This hands-on role collaborates with corporate engineering maintenance and operations teams to enhance efficiency standardize systems and lead capital projects-all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Team ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with engineering and operations teams to introduce innovative solutions across all facilities
Coordinate capital equipment qualifications implementation and post-installation training
Support preventive maintenance development and repair parts identification
Lead commissioning and stabilization of new equipment and systems
Develop and maintain routings and master data for production
Mentor teams on problem-solving techniques and process control improvements
Design and maintain flow line standards considering material product equipment and labor flow
Create and document best practices for line upgrades new installations and material handling
Support Job Instruction (JI) documentation and Train-the-Trainer (TWI) program rollout
Manage cross-functional engineering projects aligned with corporate strategic goals
Apply Obeya methodology to ensure cross-site alignment and execution
Lead projects that directly impact safety quality cost and delivery performance
Support and promote the Client mission culture and core values
Bachelors degree in Engineering (required)
Demonstrated success leading projects using Lean CI or TPS methodologies
Strong background in manufacturing systems process flow and capital projects
Ability to conceptualize complex systems and create scalable best practices
Experience with facility layout planning and process mapping tools such as:
Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
Shikumi
Makigami
Strong communication and team-building skills across all levels of the organization
Proficient in:
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word Visio Project)
Statistical tools such as Minitab or SPC for Excel
Must be willing to travel up to 50%
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
