Solve shop-floor technical issues and improve work practices
Support new product development and prototype builds
Develop and improve assembly and testing processes for cooling systems
Lead facility upgrades and capital equipment projects
Ensure compliance with safety quality and industry standards
Create work instructions routings and training materials
Drive lean manufacturing and cost reduction initiatives
Analyze workflow and improve efficiency with automation and new tools
Support component updates product changes and agency audits
Lead or support root cause analysis corrective actions and ECNs
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering preferred
Strong communication skills and mechanical aptitude
Experience with lean manufacturing process design and NPI
Proficient in tools like SolidWorks DraftSight Excel and MS Project
Bonus: Experience with refrigeration systems PPAP and facility planning
Nice to Have:
Hands-on experience with mechanical/electrical assemblies
Knowledge of torque tools work cell design and process improvement
Ability to lead projects and work independently
