Schedule:
Create and publish 3-5 engaging social media posts per week on Facebook
Develop a mix of content including available tours inspirational travel posts and promotional materials
Upload and organize travel documents for clients into umapped itinerary system
Reconfirm hotel bookings via email communication
Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations
Maintain high attention to detail when handling client travel documentation
Provide engagement and interaction on social media platforms
Experience with social media management and content creation
Strong attention to detail for handling travel documentation
Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly
Previous experience with Sabre GDS or tramata booking systems (preferred but not required)
Experience working with Australian clients or travel agencies (preferred)
Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence
Ability to work independently and provide suggestions/ideas
