Job Description
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Repurposing
Edit repurpose and schedule 2 short videos daily for Instagram and TikTok using tools like Descript or Opus Clip
Turn long-form YouTube or archived content into reels and shorts
Organize digital content in well-labeled folders for easy access
Community Management
Manage and engage members on the Skool platform
Respond to comments and messages using the brand s voice
Keep the platform active supportive and aligned with brand values
Platform & Website Transition
Help migrate content and visuals from Kajabi to Skool
Assist with rebuilding landing pages or website updates using drag-and-drop tools or by working with contractors
Ensure smooth transitions with no downtime or confusion for users
Administrative Support & Organization
Create and maintain checklists workflows and task systems
Prepare simple analytics and weekly reports on digital performance
Follow up and complete tasks independently
Experience with content repurposing and short-form video editing tools like Descript Opus Clip or Canva
Familiarity with Kajabi Skool Google Drive Instagram TikTok
Experience in web or landing page design using templates or builder tools
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and follow instructions from voice notes
Tech-savvy proactive and solution-focused
Comfortable working with spiritually or conscious content (a plus)
Reliable punctual and available full-time with some EST overlap
