Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Manage and scale Meta ad campaigns (and other platforms as needed) optimizing daily across multiple funnels and offers.
- Analyze performance metrics to guide creative testing audience strategies and scaling decisions.
- Write and refine hooks leads and ad angles to keep creative assets fresh and aligned with market trends.
- Work closely with copywriters designers and video editors to brainstorm brief and launch new creatives.
- Conduct structured A/B testing (creative copy audiences placements) and continuously optimize for performance.
- Stay sharp on platform updates algorithm changes and what s working in direct response across channels.
- Identify bottlenecks in performance and troubleshoot issues to unlock further scale.
- 3 years managing paid social campaigns with daily budgets of at least $10k/day.
- Proven experience driving results in direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
- Strong analytical mindset you know your way around a spreadsheet and love digging into data.
- Copywriting chops able to write or refine ad hooks leads and angles that convert.
- Meta expertise is required. Experience with YouTube TikTok Google or native ads is a plus.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently make decisions and adapt quickly.
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and offers simultaneously.
