We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in Charlotte NC. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building relationships identifying customer needs and delivering effective solutions that drive business growth. The Sales Specialist will play a key role in expanding our client base and supporting long-term strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities by identifying prospects and following up on leads
Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate branding solutions
Prepare and present tailored sales proposals and close sales deals
Maintain and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective clients
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or consultative sales
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
