We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team in Boston MA. As an SDR at Hype Tier you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to build pipelines and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls emails and research.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on established criteria.
Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups in the CRM.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align on messaging and campaigns.
Continuously learn about our solutions and market trends to communicate effectively with prospects.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred.
1 year of experience in sales customer service or lead generation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
