Job Description
- Stock Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations between warehouse stock reports and system records for all coffee transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Transaction Oversight: Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of all coffee-related transactions including shipments returns sales and adjustments.
- Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the inventory management team to monitor stock movements and maintain data accuracy across systems.
- Timely Execution: Complete all stock reconciliations by the 7th of each month to support timely insurance declarations by the 10th.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and share detailed reconciliation reports with stakeholders highlighting discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
Qualifications :
- Professional experience (minimum 3 years) in accounting or within an international Trading Stock Management at Warehouse environment.
- Accounting degree or equivalent.
Additional Information :
- Ability to extract organize analyze and report data in a manner that is useful and relevant to control business.
- Ability to understand and act following process and procedures in an accurate and timely matter.
- Strive for continuous improvement.
- Excel proficiency and ability to adapt to new IT systems (prerequisite).
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
