- Engage with stakeholders to gather document and prioritize business and functional requirements.
- Analyze business processes and data to uncover trends inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop clear and concise documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs) user stories use cases process maps and workflows.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications to guide development and solution design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT QA and project managers to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Participate in solution validation and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
- Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and provide recommendations for enhancements.
- Support management initiatives by preparing training material and facilitating stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in business analysis preferably in financial services or a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to work with large data sets to derive insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to document complex business processes and technical requirements clearly.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented agile environment.
Technical Competencies:
- Data Analysis Tools: SQL Excel
- Process Modeling: BPMN flowcharts swimlane diagrams
- Methodologies: Agile Scrum Waterfall (as applicable)
