Job Description
Introduce and enforce structured Sprint planning reviews retrospectives and daily stand-ups
Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices across the team
Manage and update product backlog in collaboration with Product Owner
Act as facilitator between dev team and stakeholders
Guide the team in Agile transformation and process improvement
Monitor sprint progress and remove impediments
Contribute to product vision and continuous enhancement through collaborative work with UX Product Manager and business teams
Qualifications :
Engineer or Master degree IT Field
More thane 5 years of experienc
Proven experience in Agile coaching and Scrum implementation
Mastery of Agile/SCRUM methodologies
Sprint planning review retrospective facilitation
Team coaching and Agile process enforcement
Product backlog management
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Fluent in French and English
