Location: On-site (Contracted through TWC International Pakistan)

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Zoho Developer to join our growing team. In this role you will lead Zoho implementation projects design CRM solutions and collaborate closely with the solutions team. Your technical leadership will play a critical role in delivering scalable systems that align with our clients evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Analysis and Solution Design
Analyze and evaluate client business systems and user needs
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Document requirements define scope and align deliverables with business objectives
Lead discovery sessions and gather insights from stakeholders
Recommend improvements to processes and systems through data-driven analysis
Maintain strong relationships with users to optimize systems and integration
Development and Implementation
Develop applications using Zoho Deluge scripting Zoho Creator CRM Projects Desk People Recruit and other Zoho tools
Integrate Zoho systems with third-party applications using REST APIs
Design and implement custom workflows automations and functions
Troubleshoot and maintain webhooks workflows dashboards and reports
Customize and administer Zoho One applications including CRM Desk Projects and Cliq
Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from design to post-deployment support
Team Leadership and Collaboration
Lead and mentor a team of Zoho developers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and delivery
Promote and enforce development best practices and quality standards

While this role is managed directly by Erphub employment is legally contracted through TWC International in Pakistan. Requirements: 1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3 - 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development. 2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in .NET Core is essential. Strong experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or ). Solid understanding of database design and implementation, including experience with SQL and ORM frameworks. 3. Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide technical leadership. 4. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues efficiently. 5. Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks quickly. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
