Must haves:
This is a Technical PM Role so the client is looking for a hands-on Technical PM with excellent communication skills.
Ability to handle client relationships to manage expectations provide updates as required identify potential conflicts between project and functional areas and communicate with different stakeholders at various stages of the Project Delivery
Possess a deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience guiding projects through each phase from planning and development to testing deployment and maintenance.
Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban etc.) and familiarity with agile tooling like JIRA.
Education
10+ years demonstrated experience in leading technical implementations Demonstrated experience working with and managing external vendor relationships. Demonstrated experience effectively communicating with teams, IT partners, Ministry clients, various stakeholders, and senior management. Demonstrated experience in providing Management, Senior Leadership and Executive level updates and briefings on project risks, issues, decision points and status updates.
