Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct analyses and reporting including monthly financial analysis forecasting and variance
analysis.
- Track and provide detailed analyses and commentaries on Eurofins shared service actuals vs
Budget.
- Support consolidation analyses reporting and submission for annual budgeting process which
includes (not limited to): template preparation user training and budget review to meet Group
guidelines.
- Act as Finance Business Partner to local business leaders and find opportunities to drive actions to
improve business performance from top line to bottom line
- Form trusting relationships across different functions by partnering with sales marketing and
Japan management team.
- Monitor track and analyze Group companies Net Working Capital including preparing monthly
report collaborate with Business for NWC Budget and improvement plan.
- Monitor cashflow of Group companies to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet cash flow
needs.
- Support Business with Funding Request to Eurofins Group including preparation of cashflow with
validated sources manage system submission and inquiries from Group Treasury.
- Other ad-hoc finance project and analysis.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree or above in finance business or other related discipline.
- At least 8-10 years experience focused on financial planning and analysis at foreign capital
companies.
- High proficiency in Excel (eg. Advance formulas tables and graph production) and MS Power
Point.
- Self-starter independent and able to multi-tasks to meet deadlines.
- Resilient and Flexible to adapt to changing business environment.
- Experience with Power BI and other Business Intelligence tool is a plus.
- High level proficiency in Japanese (both written and spoken).
- Basic proficiency in English (ability to understand and communicate simple ideas).
- Financial accounting knowledge or background preferred.
