- Support the design development and delivery of seat ancillary strategies to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth
- Produce comprehensive reports with recommendations and translate complex data into practical actionable insights
- Work closely with a variety of stakeholders to optimise seat ancillary product performance and commercial outcomes
- Permanent role based at our head office in Mascot

As a Product Specialist you will support the performance and end to end customer experience of our seat ancillary product portfolio. You will be responsible for analysing market trends to identify emerging opportunities developing and leading new initiatives and contributing to the overall product strategy and roadmap. The successful candidate will have skills in stakeholder management a highly collaborative attitude and strong analytical capabilities.
This role offers a unique opportunity to directly influence a product portfolio combining analytical insight creativity and stakeholder management to elevate our seat ancillary offerings and maximise customer impact. What youll bring to the role:
- 3 years experience ideally with product management strategy or commercial background within a large complex organisation
- Customer-focused product management skills to effectively gather document and lead product delivery requirements
- Advanced analytical skills with a talent for translating complex data into clear actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of how strategy finance technology and business interrelate
- Confident communicator with exceptional stakeholder management skills effectively influencing and achieving commercial outcomes
- Ability to work under pressure and manage changing projects and priorities
- Drive to operate autonomously and take initiative but also thrive in a high performing collaborative team environment to help shape and deliver the product strategy and roadmap
