Job Description

As a Remote Contract Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts from initial drafting and review through execution tracking and renewal. You will collaborate with legal procurement sales and project management teams to ensure that contracts are accurate compliant and processed in a timely manner.

This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and an understanding of contract language and administrative processes. You will be the operational hub that supports risk management legal compliance and business efficiency in a fast-paced remote-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft review route and manage a variety of contract types including NDAs vendor agreements MSAs SOWs and amendments

Monitor contract status and ensure timely execution renewal or termination in accordance with business timelines

Maintain and update contract records in centralized systems (e.g. CLM software SharePoint DocuSign Salesforce)

Coordinate with legal compliance procurement and business units to gather necessary approvals and ensure contract alignment with internal policies

Track key contract data including obligations deliverables and payment milestones

Prepare contract summary sheets and assist with redlines or edits under guidance from legal counsel

Identify and flag risks or discrepancies in language terms or required attachments

Support audits and reporting by maintaining a clean and well-organized contract database

Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations as well as industry standards and data privacy laws (e.g. GDPR HIPAA etc.)

Contribute to the creation and refinement of contract templates playbooks and standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Legal Studies or a related field

2 years of experience in contract administration legal operations procurement coordination or project support

Strong understanding of basic contract components lifecycle stages and risk concepts

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and experience with document management or contract lifecycle tools (e.g. DocuSign Ironclad ContractWorks SAP Ariba)

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple contracts simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret standard legal and business terms

Effective written and verbal communication skills
