Job Description
Essential Function:
An expert in digital graphic design. Responsible for conceptualizing designing and producing innovative and impactful omnichannel marketing materials across mediums. This position is hybrid reporting into the corporate office on Tuesdays and Weds of each week. Must attach porfolio when applying for this role.

Primary Duties:
- Conceptualizes designs and produces omnichannel digital materials including emails landing pages app journeys and social content.
- Develops innovative concepts and approaches to the design of digital print and video marketing materials. Drives new approaches to design challenges
- Responsible for ensuring all materials fit within the requirements of the creative brief as the overarching brand positioning design system look & feel and meet. Meets the goals of clear communication hierarchy of the messaging always keeping the customer at the center of their design work.
- Creates compelling storytelling moments for socail media and viedo assets.
- Troubleshoots and provides innovative solutions to design and production issues to ensure that all pieces are high quality.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelors degree or related graphics arts degree with strong design portolio
3 years graphic design experience
Proficient and strong hands-on working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Adobe Illustrator InDesign) - MAC environment
Experience in Canva and Adobe Acrobat prefered
Motion Graphics experience in After Effects and Premire Pro a plus

Working Conditions /Physical Requirements
- The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices meeting and training rooms retail stores and residences or commercial vehicles e.g. use of safe work practices with office equipment avoidance of trips and falls observance of fire regulations and traffic signals etc. The work area is adequately lighted heated and ventilated.
- The work is sedentary. Typically the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers files books small parts; using a keyboard driving an automobile etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
