Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Part-time (20 hours per week)
- Flexible schedule
Client Timezone: New Zealand Time (Auckland)
Design wedding stationery templates including (but not limited to):
Save the Dates
Invitations
RSVP cards
Order of Service booklets
Table numbers
Place cards
Menus
Signage
Utilize existing design assets and illustrations to maintain brand consistency
Prepare artwork for print with correct bleeds crops and file formatting
Understand die-cutting and custom finishing processes to optimize template designs
Collaborate with the creative director to align designs with brand vision and seasonal collections
Revise and improve templates based on feedback
Qualifications:
Proven experience in layout design or stationery design (wedding or event-related is a plus)
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud particularly InDesign and Illustrator
Understanding of professional print preparation including:
File setup
Bleed and crop marks
Die-line setup
CMYK and spot color management
Strong attention to detail and a passion for elegant refined design
Ability to manage your own schedule and deliver work on time
Bonus: Experience using Figma for prototyping or collaborative design
