Job Description
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Design customized travel itineraries and tour packages for individuals families and groups
Research destinations accommodations and activities to match client needs and interests
Coordinate logistics including flights accommodations local transportation and excursions
Communicate with clients to refine travel plans and provide destination insights
Collaborate with tourism vendors guides and travel service providers
Stay up-to-date with global travel trends regulations and safety protocols
Maintain accurate client records and booking details using travel management tools
Qualifications:
Proven interest or background in travel hospitality or tourism
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple client requests and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use online booking platforms and CRM systems
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
