Job Description
As a Motion Web Designer youll play a central role in shaping visually compelling and accessible web experiences that balance aesthetics with functionality.
Please note: This is a 6-month contractor role under a service agreement with potential for extension. Hybrid availability in Miami FL is required.
You bring to the team the following competencies:
- 5 years of experience in creative or visual design roles ideally in digital environments.
- Mastery of Lottie Files and light motion design for icons and interactive elements.
- Familiarity with Figma for crafting responsive web designs.
- Experience creating and editing video content for hero sections homepage banners or other dynamic assets.
- Strong understanding of ADA compliance principles for web accessibility:
- Ability to adapt and recycle pre-approved design elements while maintaining consistency and accessibility.
- A refined eye for layout typography color and visual hierarchy.
- Basic understanding of UI and usability principles to ensure function supports form.
You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Design visually impactful ADA-compliant landing pages and UI components using Figma.
- Create and repurpose video and animated content for web useespecially in homepage hero sections and brand touchpoints.
- Skillfully recycle and modify pre-approved design elements ensuring all changes remain compliant and consistent with brand standards.
- Maintain a consistent visual language across all digital assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and dev teams to implement design updates and assets efficiently.
- Propose creative design solutions that align with usability performance and accessibility requirements.
- Stay up to date with trends in motion design UI design and digital accessibility standards.
