Position Overview
Were seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to lead Narda-MITEQs overall sales and marketing efforts across the U.S. market. As a key member of the leadership team this high-impact role is responsible for driving profitable growth through strategic sales execution integrated marketing initiatives and strong customer engagement. The Director will oversee the full sales and marketing team and work closely with engineering operations and executive leadership to align business goals shape product direction and strengthen our market position. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the RF/microwave and defense sectors a proven ability to build and scale high-performing sales pipelines and the strategic mindset to convert complex technologies into clear compelling value for our customers.
