As a Technical Program Manager on Team LOAF you will play a critical role in driving complex security initiatives from conception to delivery. On any given day you might be coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven security solutions managing project timelines and dependencies clarifying requirements with stakeholders or aligning technical priorities with business goals to maximize impact.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in security engineering or AI security solutions and excels at program management in fast-paced ambiguous environments. You are skilled at translating complex security problems into clear actionable roadmaps and fostering alignment across engineering product and customer teams. You thrive on solving problems managing multiple priorities and driving high-quality outcomes on time. Your ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and to dive deep while maintaining a strategic view will set you apart.

Key job responsibilities
- Build and contribute to roadmap: Identify internal customer needs technology/industry trends challenges use cases trends and related services to help build a roadmap of studies to evaluate and improve the end customer experience.
- Manage ambiguity: Independently take steps necessary to understand complex technologies and customer use cases across a variety of customer personas and product categories to produce meaningful insights that drive improved customer experience.
- Lead large and complex studies: Design and build proof of concept experiments based on common customer use cases to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience. Own the full study lifecycle including scoping design data collection and analysis and presenting a comprehensive written narrative of insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with internal technical stakeholders (e.g. technical product managers software developers solution architects business intelligence teams) to execute studies and work cross-functionally with peers/colleagues globally to support training best practices and shared opportunities.
- Focus on customers: Stay connected to customer trends needs and pain points in the cloud space. Collaborate with customer researchers to deliver customer insights that identify and drive customer experience improvements.

- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Bachelors degree in engineering computer science or equivalent
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Familiar with the LLM application ecosystem
