Position Summary:

As the Director of Product Management you will manage a team of product managers focused on developing advanced AI-based features that empower enterprises to secure and intelligently manage their Android mobile ecosystems. You will define and drive the long-term product strategy prioritize feature development and ensure delivery of highly impactful customer-centric AI solutions.

Position Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy
  
  
  • Lead and grow a high-performing team of product managers responsible for AI-enabled security and intelligence products on Android devices
  • Define and execute the long-term product vision strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise mobility and AI innovation
  • Partner closely with engineering design research data science and go-to-market teams to bring intelligent mobile features to market
  • Represent the voice of enterprise customers and end-users ensuring AI products deliver measurable value and world-class experiences

  • Drive development of on-device AI capabilities focused on enabling Intelligence and Security based features
  • Identify and prioritize new product opportunities at the intersection of AI mobile security and enterprise management
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements validate feasibility and guide the implementation of machine learning models on-device
    
    
• Market & Customer Focus
  
  
  • Analyze market trends customer feedback and competitive landscape to inform product direction
  • Engage directly with key enterprise customers and partners to gather insights define pain points and refine product offerings
  • Help shape and execute go-to-market strategies for new AI-based features and solutions working closely with Sales Marketing and Customer Success
    
    

Required Skills:

• Engineering degree in EE CS or similar (Masters or MBA preferred) or equivalent combination of education training and experience
• 12 years of product management experience
• 8 years in leadership roles ideally in enterprise mobility security or AI-driven products
• Proven success delivering AI-enabled mobile solutions particularly for the Android platform in enterprise settings
• Highly experienced in leading 0 to 1 product initiatives validating product-market fit and driving such innovations to scalable market releases
• Deep understanding of mobile security device management AI/ML technologies and on-device intelligence frameworks
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage deeply with engineers and data scientists
• Excellent leadership team building and communication skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and large-scale product launches
• Experience defining product roadmaps and go-to-market plans in highly regulated or security-sensitive environments
• Strong customer orientation and ability to translate complex needs into scalable intuitive solutions
• Able to travel internationally (<25%)
