What will you do
You will conduct quality and accountability reviews of all orders and ensure the proper maintenance of ordering system processes within ALERT IIS and the CDCs VTrckS Vaccine Tracking System. Additionally you will be responsible for overseeing the programs vaccine depot at the Portland State Office Building including daily temperature monitoring and documentation performing monthly equipment checks and responding promptly to any system alarms.

Part-Time/Job Share Information
The salary range listed above on the job announcement is for a full-time position.
This is a part-time position (20 hours/week). Pay range for this position will be pro-rated for part-time employment part-time pay range is $2204.50 - $3368 monthly.
This position is a .50% FTE job-share and will split duties with another Vaccine Clerk.
Part-time employees are eligible for benefits at a prorated rate.

What We Are Looking For
Minimum Qualifications: These qualifications must be visible in your application for consideration.
A Bachelors Degree in Business or Public Administration Behavioral or Social Sciences or a degree related to the agency program that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills; OR
Any combination of experience or education equivalent to three years technical-level experience that typically supports the knowledge and skill requirements listed for the classification.

Experience in inventory management and control procedures.

The salary listed is the non-PERS qualifying salary range. If the successful candidate is PERS qualifying the salary range will reflect the additional 6.95%. Review the Classification and Compensation page for more details on the classification.
