Responsibilities
As a Service Desk Analyst I you will serve as a technical first point of contact for computer system-related questions or problems accurately documenting customer requests and effectively utilizing all resources to identify troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
Experience
- 6 months telephone Help Desk experience or experience assisting customers in resolving computer problems required
