Core Schedule: MondayFriday Flexible Daytime Hours

About the Role:
Were seeking an experienced and motivated RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team. Youll manage day-to-day unit operations mentor staff and ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care. This leadership role offers a stable weekday schedule with the flexibility to manage your day effectively. There may be a weekend on-call rotation required along with all RNs. Inquire at interview!
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise unit staff and manage daily workflow
Mentor and support nursing team members
Review and maintain accurate care plans and documentation
Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and quality standards
Communicate effectively with residents and families
Monitor supplies and collaborate with leadership on unit needs
Requirements:
Valid NYS RN License
Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care (preferred)
At least 1 year of supervisory or Unit Manager experience (preferred)
Strong leadership communication and team-building skills
Basic computer proficiency for documentation
