What a Finance Intern does here at Sungrow you might ask Well lets dive right in:
Assisting with the day-to-day bookkeeping and management accounts
Issuing invoices to customers.
Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments by following up on outstanding payments.
Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
Upload supplier invoices to internal system for approval
Preparing documents for weekly supplier payment.
Processing statement reconciliations (bank supplier customer)
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports.
Maintaining accurate financial records
Ad-hoc finance tasks
Your profile
Experience of bookkeeping / a willingness to learn bookkeeping
Good IT skills - Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook
Knowledge of Xero (desirable)
Ability to work with a team and partially on your own
Languages: English at least C1 another language is a plus
