Job Description

Midland University a small private four year college in Fremont NE is seeking an in-person facilitator for leadership development training. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering in-person class activities developing engaging materials providing timely feedback and responding to participant communication in 24 business hours. This facilitator will focus on helping participants understand their BetterCulture results coaching participants on being the best version of themselves and helping them apply their skills to make a difference in their respective organizations and their community (Fremont NE) through active learning strategies.

Training is held in-person on the following days (all Tuesdays) from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm:

September 16th

October 21st

November 18th

December 16th

January 20th

February 17th

March 18th

April 21st

Qualifications:

  • A demonstrated history of making positive meaningful change in an organization business and/or community through effective leadership
  • A graduate degree in a leadership-related field

Preference will be given to candidates familiar with community development leadership programs and knowledge of BetterCulture assessments.
