Job Description
Job Opportunity: Project Manager
KAAPA is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Kearney to lead project execution across multiple facilities ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining efficient operations at each plant location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects at multiple locations ensuring that timelines and budgets are managed effectively
- Coordinate with vendors contractors and internal departments such as engineering and plant management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion
- Prepare and present reports on project status risks and issues to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all project activities
- Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 8am - 4:30pm with additional hours required throughout the year
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Project Management Engineering Business or a related field
- Proven experience in project management preferably in a multi-location environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
