Job Description

Essential Job Functions:
- Ensuring smooth functioning for Air Export shipments.
- Ensuring timely delivery for Air Import Shipments.
- Managing Air freight team effectively.
- Monitoring KPI for Import & Export Team.
- Handling Escalations for Airfreight on timely basis.
- Ensuring the Airfreight is handling and executing shipments as per agreed SOP.
- Meeting customer and carriers on timely basis to maintain smooth functioning.
- Timely locking of all executed shipments.
- Making sure all Invoices are done as per SOP and agreed TAT.
- Keeping a track of Airfreight P&L.
- Updating superiors on any escalations on timely basis.
- Ensuring all CSR payments are done as per the deadline.
- Ensuring all vendor invoicing is in order and releasing payments accordingly.
