Were seeking a driven and dynamicRecruiterto join our expanding Contract Division. This role combines business development and recruiting with a focus on the accounting and finance sector. Responsibilities:
Client Outreach: Reach out to potential clients through calls emails and LinkedIn to introduce JFS Partners and promote our staffing solutions.
Candidate Sourcing: Find great talent using job boards social media referrals and our internal database to build strong pipelines of qualified candidates.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates by understanding their unique needs and providing personalized strategic support.
Client & Candidate Support: Oversee and manage the hiring process from start to finish ensuring everything runs smoothly and everyone has a positive experience.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience (e.g. cold calling setting meetings building client pipelines).
Comfortable with cold-calling and engaging passive candidates.
Staffing experience is ideal but not required.
Self-motivated disciplined and driven to succeed.
Ability to work in our Orlando FL office (this is not a remote position).
