- In this position you will drive actions that source assess and select talent for job requisitions across our US locations.
- Our talent priorities span multiple areas and this role will focus on production roles such as: Assemblers Material Handlers Shipper/receivers etc as well as potentially supporting Customer Service roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand the team requirements and scope of open positions
- Source and identify candidates through various means
- Schedule and perform pre-screening calls to assess applicants ability relevant knowledge work experience and organizational/cultural fit
- Conduct debrief sessions with hiring managers to consult and assess best fit
- Compose job offer letters and extend offers to candidates
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in recruiting for production positions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
