• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs
• Carpentry
• Drywall repair
• Painting
• Tile work
• Basic plumbing and electrical
• Project Estimating
• Take pride in doing it right the first time

• 5 years of Craftsman experience
• Valid drivers license auto insurance own a truck/van
• Have a solid organized set of tools
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor. Clean-Cut appearance
• Must be a quick thinker able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.
• Excellent customer service skills - able to communicate effectively with Management Office Personnel Fellow Employees Homeowners Suppliers Property Managers and Commercial Customers.

• Look around the property and communicate to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle.
• Take the time to earn the customers confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed.
• Sometimes take the time to fix something small and then point it out to the customer to help them understand that you are capable of doing more.
• Someone who is punctual and efficient maintains the highest integrity and strives for top customer satisfaction.
