Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Remote
Type: Long Term Contract W2/C2C
Experience: 10 Years
Former Cardinal Health Experience is Preferred
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design development and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Salesforce and a strong understanding of healthcare or pharmaceutical domains with prior experience at Cardinal Health being a plus.
Required Skills:
- 10 years of total IT experience with 7 years in Salesforce development.
- Expertise in Apex Visualforce Lightning Components (Aura/LWC) SOQL and SOSL.
- Strong experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs middleware (e.g. MuleSoft).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I/II App Builder) are a plus.
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g. healthcare pharma) is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex Visualforce LWC and integrations.
- Lead end-to-end implementation from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts architects and QA engineers.
- Develop and maintain system integrations with third-party platforms (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Ensure high performance scalability and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and support post-deployment.
