SharkNinja is seeking an out of the box thinking and innovative Director Director to Consumer Go-To-Market. The Director DTC Go-To-Market will be a critical leader driving the E2E GTM strategy and execution across SharkNinjas Direct to Consumer initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional with proven expertise in orchestrating cross-functional teams managing complex GTM programs and engaging executive stakeholders to align priorities and accelerate market readiness. Acting as a central GTM decision facilitator and escalation point they will ensure cohesive integration of commercial marketing product development and customer experience functions to optimize launch effectiveness reduce time to market and maximize DTC revenue growth.

Drive integrated business planning with precision and impact

• Lead the charge in crafting a unified powerhouse business plan that seamlessly fuses full-funnel marketing strategies with the product development roadmap
• Own the 12-month rolling GTM plan proactively steering milestones and dependencies to turbocharge go-to-market momentum
• Establish sharp real-time tracking and reporting systems that spotlight progress and surface risks before they arise

Orchestrate cross-functional roadmap collaboration

• Strategically map and connect dependencies across product development marketing and CX teams to build a bold actionable DTC roadmap
• Champion high-stakes alignment sessions and decision forums that galvanize senior leaders around clear accountability and shared goals

Command coordination and escalate with authority

• Drive the DTC end-to-end critical action list to ensure swift risk mitigation and flawless execution
• Act as the go-to escalation pointresolving tensions and bridging cross-team divides with confidence and clarity
• Elevate critical issues and decisions to executive leadership ensuring swift resolution and strategic focus

Skills and Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience in DTC GTM strategy program management or related leadership roles with consumer brands or e-commerce
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives at a senior level with demonstrated impact on business growth
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills with experience driving organizational change
• Expert in project / program management methodologies and tools and ability to lead large-scale integrated planning processes
