Change Manager - People-Focused Business Change

Our client a leading international technical professional service provider is seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive people-focused business change initiatives. This trusted advisor to the marine and offshore industry is known for their innovative solutions and commitment to safety sustainability and performance.

Position Overview

As a Change Manager you will play a crucial role in delivering complex cross-functional projects that support our clients mission to enhance safety and performance in critical industries worldwide. Working alongside Portfolio Managers Project Managers Business Analysts and fellow Change Managers you will be responsible for planning and delivering appropriate change interventions to prepare colleagues for new ways of working and achieve project benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Lead change initiatives ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans and interventions

  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and facilitate communication and collaboration across remote teams

  • Conduct impact assessments to identify transition and training requirements

  • Provide support and create resources to aid in the successful adoption of change initiatives

  • Monitor track and report on the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organisational policies

  • Collaborate with the change management community to share ideas and solutions

Requirements

  • Proficiency in the Prosci change management methodology (preferred) or ability to outline and apply a recognised methodology

  • Proven track record in designing planning and executing change interventions

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • Resilience adaptability and emotional intelligence in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to mentor and coach inexperienced leadership team members around change

  • Analytical and critical thinking skills to assess change impact and develop mitigation strategies

  • Experience in translating impact assessments into training requirements and delivering training
