Were looking for a Head of People Analytics to lead our high-impact People Analytics team driving the strategy that unlocks powerful insights and informs business-critical decisions. Reporting to the General Manager People Strategy & Capability you will:

• Set and lead our people data strategy directly enabling the banks group strategic plan and transformation agenda

• Oversee the delivery of advanced analytics actionable insights and enterprise-wide people reporting that drive workforce productivity engagement and commercial outcomes.

• Partner with senior executives to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations that shape the future of our organisation

• Lead and develop a talented team across analytics insights and reporting fostering a culture of curiosity innovation and impact.

What youll bring to the role

• Deep expertise in people analytics workforce planning or organisational insights with a proven track record at a senior or strategic level.

• Strong commercial mindset and ability to link people data to broader business objectives including productivity culture and growth.

• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving strategic workforce decisions.

• Passion for storytelling through data with exceptional skills in translating insights into clear compelling narratives.
