POSITION SUMMARY
As the first interacting role with families registering to the Lynn Public Schools the Family Coordinator works collaboratively as a team member to welcome new students and their families and ensure a smooth transition for new students. Is responsible for providing a welcoming environment and the overall management of appointments or walk-in families connecting them with the right department or service. Through working closely with families the Family Coordinator will ensure equitable access to school programs and services.

DAYS: Twelve month position
HOURS: Regular hours: 7:45-3:45 M-Th 7:45-2:45 Friday
School Vacations and Summer hours: 7:45-2:45 M-Th; Fridays 7:45-12:45 pm
As needed; Extended Hours (June to September) Tuesdays 7:45am to 6:45 pm (Paid at hourly rate)
SALARY: $63658
