We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful planning and execution of our projects. The ideal candidate will act as the central point of communication between internal teams stakeholders and clients ensuring timelines resources and objectives are aligned and met.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and monitoring of project plans and schedules
Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure consistent communication
Track project performance and provide timely updates to management
Prepare reports meeting notes and project documentation
Identify potential issues or delays and recommend solutions
Support project managers in ensuring compliance with company processes and standards
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Project Management or a related field
13 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Asana Trello MS Project) is a plus
