We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning execution and coordination of events from concept to completion. This role requires strong organizational skills the ability to multitask under pressure and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating company and client events
Manage event logistics including venue setup catering staffing and equipment
Maintain clear communication with vendors partners and internal teams
Monitor timelines budgets and event deliverables
Conduct site visits and prepare detailed event documentation
Resolve issues promptly to ensure smooth event execution
Provide post-event analysis and reporting
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Communications or a related field
13 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with event management tools is a plus
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary
