In This Role You Will Be Responsible For:
Drafting and reviewing contracts annexes and related legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable Polish legislation and corporate standards.
Representing the company in legal proceedings and maintaining procedural documentation in accordance with court and regulatory requirements.
Preparing official correspondence on behalf of the company including responses to authorities legal entities and individual stakeholders.
Providing legal advice and preparing legal opinions on a wide range of matters including support for new and existing business initiatives within the group.
Managing corporate matters such as preparing statutory and corporate documents coordinating translations notarisation and legalisation processes where required.
Supporting company registration processes business migration and legal structuring initiatives in cooperation with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
Delivering ongoing legal support to the Group of Companies in Poland ensuring alignment with local laws and regulations.
Responding to legal inquiries and requests for legal consultation from business departments.
Professional Experience and Skills:
Completed legal education and qualification as a legal advisor (radca prawny).
At least 3 years of experience in litigation representing businesses.
Good knowledge of civil law commercial law and civil procedure.
Ability to independently draft and negotiate contracts.
Experience preparing legal opinions and pleadings.
Familiarity with company registration and changes in the National Court Register (KRS).
Responsible and well-organized able to handle several projects at once.
Able to work effectively under deadlines and pressure.
Good communication skills able to explain legal matters to non-lawyers clearly.
Proactive with a problem-solving attitude.
Good command of English (minimum B2) able to handle legal documents in English.
