The Role
Reporting to the Vice President External Relations the Director of Continuing Education is responsible for leading the Department of Continuing Education. The Director participates as an active member of the Core Leadership Team and provides operational leadership to the Department of Continuing Education. As a revenue-generating department the position promotes learner-centred non-credit programming while contributing to the overall organizational goals and objectives by responding to industry needs and developing and maintaining relationships with other post-secondary institutions industry community and government. Within the Department the position will focus on increasing revenue through innovation strategic partnerships and the development and mentorship of non-credit courses and the Continuing Education team.

A bachelors degree in a related field such as business or education is desired but an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
